Commitment to Satisfaction
At KeepCloth, we are dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and calm shopping experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt for a return or exchange. Please note that requests beyond 30 days will not be honored. Return & Exchange Conditions
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, including all components.
- Items must be in the same unworn or unused condition as received.
- Non-returnable items include sale items, gift cards, and customized products.
- Damage or loss caused by the customer is non-refundable.
- Swimwear, underwear and other intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged.
General Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Email us at support@keepcloth.com with photos/videos of the item and your order number.
- Ship the Item Back: If eligible for return, we will provide a return label and coordinate pickup with UPS or FedEx.()
- Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection (5-7 working days), we will process a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
Return Charges
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect product, quality issues, wrong address sent), we offer a full refund.
- If the return is due to the buyer (e.g. change of mind, wrong product/size ordered, incorrect or incomplete address), it is the buyer's responsibility to ship the product back to the return address provided by us and to cover the shipping costs (usually $7-$10 depending on the size of the product).
- No restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds
- We'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

Exchanges
- At this time we do not accept exchanges, customers need to operate a return before purchasing again.
Product Damage
